Assaboor aims to present product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and other information as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colours, dimensions, packaging, features, and appearance may vary due to screen settings, supplier updates, production changes, or other factors.

Products and quantities may be changed, restricted, substituted, suspended, or discontinued without notice. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it.

An order is an offer to purchase. Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. Assaboor may review, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.

Reasons may include stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, misuse of promotions, or legal and regulatory requirements.

Prices may change without notice. The price shown at checkout, together with any confirmed charges, generally applies to the order.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by supplier handling, carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, high-demand periods, address issues, and circumstances outside reasonable control.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are subject to the applicable Assaboor policy, product condition, eligibility period, exclusions, supporting evidence, and local consumer law.

Some goods may be non-returnable or subject to special rules, including personalized, hygiene-sensitive, perishable, digital, clearance, or final-sale products where permitted by law.

Assaboor may work with third-party sellers, suppliers, fulfilment providers, payment processors, carriers, and other service providers. Their involvement may affect product sourcing, fulfilment, delivery, warranties, or support.

Where marketplace listings identify a third-party seller or service, additional seller-specific terms may apply. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing.

You grant Assaboor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute submitted content for marketplace, service, marketing, and operational purposes, subject to applicable law and privacy commitments.

Assaboor names, logos, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, software, photographs, layouts, and other marketplace materials are owned by or licensed to Assaboor and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the marketplace for personal and lawful shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected materials without authorization.

To the extent permitted by law, Assaboor does not guarantee that the marketplace will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available, or that all third-party information will always be complete or current.

Assaboor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss where such limitations are legally permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Assaboor may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the marketplace where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, security risks, repeated policy violations, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, or misuse of accounts, promotions, or services.

You may stop using the marketplace at any time. Certain provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

These terms should identify the governing law, courts, arbitration requirements, complaint process, and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to Assaboor’s legal entity and operating regions.
